 There are two new great shipping rates now here at In2Vapes:

All DOMESTIC CANADIAN orders receive $5 Flat Rate shipping Canada-Wide OVER $35

All DOMESTIC CANADIAN orders that total greater than $75 (before taxes) are eligible for FREE SHIPPING

  

IN2VAPES only ships within Canada and the United States using Canada Post Expedited (1-7 business days) or Canada Post XpressPost (1-3 business days) or Priority Worldwide pak USA (1-7 Business days depending on your location within the US). This ensures your package gets to you as quickly as possible. All Packages shipped using Canada Post will have a tracking number. Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-48 hrs upon receipt however if we can ship out the same day the order has been received we absolutely will! 

You as the consumer must be aware of your local laws and regulations for Electronic Cigarette devices, accessories and E-Liquids.  We will fulfill our obligations and ship your order to the location you specify after payment has been received, however In2Vapes Inc. is not liable for any seizures of your package. 

Because the cost of shipping is based on weight of goods and destination, shipping fees can be calculated before checking out by entering destination province and postal code near the bottom of the cart page (you must have at least one item in your cart).

AGE VERIFICATION

Proof of age (19 or older) will be required upon delivery for every package. Due to our age verification measures, signature will be required upon delivery. If you are not available at the time of initial delivery, your package will be returned to your local post office, where the package can be signed for, and age can be verified.

Any fees associated with packages that are Returned to Sender because Proof of Age was not able to be determined, will NOT receive a refund.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed 7 days a week during regular business hours (excluding major Canadian holidays).

During times of higher than normal order volume, i.e. major sales or holidays, you may experience a longer than normal delay in processing and shipping your order. Your patience is appreciated during this time while our staff work vigilantly to ship your order.

Please note that if you recieve a tracking number notification during this time, it is to signal that your package has been shipped. The parcel will not be handed off to Canada Post, or any other shipping body, untill the next regularly scheduled business day.

We, In2Vapes, reserve the right to additional processing time during the order process in the case that questions or concerns arrise. Our staff will do their best to contact you, the customer, in the case that an issue has arrived in regards to your order. Please ensure that your most up to date contact information has been inputted into your order form so that delays are minimized.

Under normal conditions, orders placed before 2PM EST will be shipped within the same business day.

TRACKING ORDERS

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will recieve an email stating "YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED!". This e-mail will include your tracking number from the shipping carrier of your choice. 

Canadian customers can use: "www.canadapost.ca"

United States customers can use: "www.usps.com"

International customers may use the local postal service website of their country. In limited cases, some international countries may not have tracking available to their region. Please allow 6-8 weeks for your order to arrive.

ORDER CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & CONCERNS

Orders can be modified or cancelled any time up to the point the order has been packaged and shipped. If your order requires any modifications or cancellation, please ensure that you contact In2Vapes by e-mail at "in2vapes@gmail.com" with your order number in the subject title stating your concern, PRIOR to further measures (i.e. Shipping return items). 

Electronic Cigarette Liquid (or e-liquid) cannot be returned or exchanged. "E-juice" is final sale, as stated in our Return Policies, for hygiene reasons. Hardware and accessories, still sealed in their origional packaging, remains valid for return or exchange. 

In2Vapes reserves the right to inspect ANY and ALL returns upon arrival before proceeding with a refund or exchange. Any item deemed "Not Returnable" by our staff will be notified to the customer. Return shipping of these items will be the responsibility of the customer. 

All packages are shipped via CanadaPost. It is In2Vapes' responsibility to package and ship all items that are purchased, however, we do not have control over the package once it has shipped. In2Vapes is not responsible for lost, damaged, partially missing, delayed, or undelivered shipments. However, we will do our best to contact the carrier to resolve your case on your behalf.

In2Vapes' fulfillment of shipping obligation ends once the product is shipped out, and is not responsible for errors or delays caused by the delivery service.

Shipping services are provided at your expense to deliver the products sold by www.in2vapes.com to your address.

In2Vapes' fulfillment of shipping obligation ends once the product is shipped out, and is not responsible for your region's importation laws. You, the customer, as the importer of these products, are solely responsible for the importation of the products you order, and you must be aware of your own region's/territory's prohibitions and allowances for importing said products, as well as taxes, duties, and brokerage fees associated with bringing these products into your region. In2Vapes will not be held responsible for your lack of knowledge regarding your country/county/city/province/state/territory/region importation laws. In the event of seizure, the importer is solely responsible for recovering the items, if possible.
