RETURN POLICY

Returns

IN2VAPES accepts returns, exchanges or refunds if the items are unopened, sealed, unused and if the original packaging is in its exact original condition, within (7) days of purchase. To complete your return, we require a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. 

Clearance items are deemed to be FINAL SALE.

E-liquids, closed-system Pods (Juul, Bo, PHIX etc.), coils, drip tips, used tanks and atomizers are considered FINAL SALE. No returns, exchanges or refunds are accepted due to hygienic reasons. 

ONLINE ORDERS requesting a return must be sent back in sealed packaging, unopened and unused. Orders must be shipped to the origin return address. Refunds will be processed upon arrival of your package at our warehouse. Refunds will be processed minus the shipping fees incurred shipping the order, and any associated fees with the return (ex. Customs fees).

PLEASE NOTE: All orders placed must prove 19+ Age Signature at time of delivery. All orders returned because age could not be verified will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee, PLUS all associated shipping fees for the return package back to us. Please ensure you do NOT order if you are underage.

Warranty does not cover improper usage of the items bought if failure to follow its operating instructions, accidents, misuse, mishandling and unauthorized alteration or modifications made to the original device by conducting etching, refinishing, loss or damage to its internal components or cross threading. Dropping and breakage of units leading to internal damages is also not covered. Many of our hardware products carry at least 30-day warranties at least. Please inquire with an In2Vapes associate for more details on warranties.

If you would like to return a product for exchange, replacement, or refund, please email us at info@in2vapes.com (Subject Title "Problem") Please provide as much detail as possible and a IN2VAPES representative will get back to you within 1-2 business days with information on how to proceed with your return.  Any items sent back to the store without the approval of IN2VAPES will not be refunded and the item(s) will be returned at the customers expense.
